We pride ourselves in our ability to quickly respond to customer concerns or questions sent through our support ticket system. During office hours, 9 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday (MST), we return communication to our customers within 1 hour guaranteed! Support tickets being sent outside of business hours is responded to within 8 hours guaranteed!

Ticket Priority Influence

We have 3 priority settings that a customer can choose on the "Submit Ticket" form. These priorities are, High, Medium and Low. We balance order of priority with the time that the tickets are received on our end. In order to ensure fast response, make sure you choose High or Medium priorities if you need us to get back to you quickly.
