• Within the email application, look for the option to “Add Account.” You’ll find this either in the settings menu or as a prompt when you first open the app. Select “Add Account” to start the setup process.

Select Account Type (IMAP or POP3):

• Plesk supports both IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) and POP3 (Post Office Protocol) for email retrieval.
• Choose the option that best suits your needs:
  • IMAP: Recommended for accessing emails from multiple devices.
  • POP3: Downloads emails to a single device.

Enter Your Email Account Details:

• Provide the required information:
  • Your full email address (This is your email username)
  • Email Password (This is the password you created when you made your email account.)
  • Incoming and outgoing mail server details (usually in the format “mail.yourdomain.com”). Your actual domain name being hosted by LTT will replace "yourdomain.com".

Configure Incoming and Outgoing Server Settings:

• Ensure the correct server settings are configured:
  • For IMAP, use port 993.
  • For POP3, use port 995.
  • Outgoing server (SMTP) typically uses port 465.

Choose Account Options:

• Select additional options based on your preferences:
  • Synchronization frequency
  • Whether to sync contacts and calendar
  • Amount of past emails to sync

Complete Setup and Sync:

• Click “Next” or “Finish” to complete the setup.
• Your Android phone will now sync with your Plesk email account, allowing you to access your emails directly from the device’s email application.
