The Customer Receives 2 Panels
When a customer purchases web hosting from Light Touch Technologies, they receive 2 web-based control panels that require logins. Below are the panels:
- Customer Account Panel (https://lttwebhost.net/clientarea.php). This panel allows customers to manage their account and billing, submit support tickets and more. The login information uses your email address and password you chose at the time of purchase of the hosting.
- Plesk Customer Hosting Panel (https://lttwebhost.net:8443). This panel allows for customers to administer their web hosting on the hosting server. These logins are server assigned and are emailed to you after your web hosting becomes active. Very important to KEEP THIS EMAIL.
