Roundcube Webmail is a browser based program that is installed on the web hosting server that allows customers to get their email from anywhere they can find an Internet connection and access to a Internet browser.
There are 2 methods of accessing your email that is stored on our web hosting server:
Using a a browser and typing in: webmail.yourdomain.com (Replace "yourdomain.com with your actual domain name being hosted by us.). It will take you to the login screen of Webmail. Type in your email address as username and the password that you chose when you created the email account. Then you will click on LOGIN and Roundcube Webmail will open in your Internet browser.
The second method is through your Customer Account Control Panel. See the guide below to use this method.
