  • Account credentials are confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.

Account Suspension

  • LTT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Service Plans and Trials

Trial Plans

  • Trial plans are offered for evaluation purposes only and may have limited features or duration.

Vendor Plans

  • Preferred Vendor and 30‑Day Trial Vendor plans include lifecycle billing and automatic transition to paid service upon expiration unless cancelled.

Promotions

  • Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Payment and Billing

Payment Gateways

  • Payments are processed through dynamic gateways configured by the LTT admin (Stripe, PayPal, or E‑Transfer).

Billing Policy

  • All billing cycles, renewals, and refunds follow the policies displayed in your client area.
  • Invoices must be paid by the due date to avoid service interruption.

5. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Hosting and vendor plans include a 30‑day satisfaction guarantee.
  • Refunds are issued only for qualifying cancellations made within the guarantee period.
  • Custom development, domain registration, and third‑party integrations are non‑refundable.

6. Data Protection and Security

  • LTT implements industry‑standard security measures to protect client data.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and backups of their own content.
  • LTT is not liable for data loss caused by client negligence or third‑party software.

7. Platform Updates and Feature Changes

  • LTT continuously improves its platform; features may change without prior notice.
  • Major updates will be announced through the client area or email notifications.

8. Third‑Party Integrations

  • Our platform integrates with Escrow.com, Stripe, PayPal, and other services for secure transactions.
  • LTT is not responsible for third‑party service interruptions or policy changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • LTT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
  • Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, code, and designs created by LTT remain the property of Light Touch Technologies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients retain ownership of their uploaded content and grant LTT permission to host and display it.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
